Dr Pottles is a New Zealand manufacturer and distributor of natural, pet / animal care products with Aloe Vera being a core ingredient. Dr Pottles is a privately owned New Zealand company and forms part of Vital Earth Group Ltd.

Our History

The business started with the importation of 200 aloe vera plants from Australia in 1984 and in 1989 the first product, an aloe vera skin cream was developed and released into the market. Over the years many new and beneficial products have been developed with the result that today we manufacture a quality range of health and wellbeing products for animals.

Our Philosphy

We are passionate about using natural plant derived ingredients in our products as we believe nature holds the key to a better quality of life for both ourselves and our animals. More and more people are looking for alternatives to chemical based products because of the link they perceive with the health of their animals.
